Potomac Village Campus

Georgetown Hill’s Potomac Village campus shares a space with St. Francis Episcopal Church on the corner of River Road and Counselman Road in the heart of Potomac. We offer both full- and part-time programs for infants through First Grade as well as an outstanding school-age before and after care program. The play-based P.L.A.N. curriculum at Potomac Village utilizes evidence-based approaches to early childhood education that spark the natural learner in every child.

This multilevel campus includes 14 spacious classrooms designed to support play and learning.

The campus also boasts several beautiful outdoor areas, including a “Secret Garden” outdoor classroom, playgrounds, a soccer field, basketball court, climbing wall, and picnic area.

The campus is also the home of the Linda Tecler Enrichment Center, an art studio and library space dedicated to beloved GHES teacher, Linda Tecler, who recently retired after over 40 years of teaching.

Meet Lil Winestone

Lil Winestone has been working in early childhood education for over 20 years. Georgetown Hill became her second home nearly 14 years ago when she became the Bells Mill Campus Director. Eight years later, Lil opened our Potomac Village campus and continues to bring her passion to the GHPV children, families, and staff. Lil is originally from Peru and is married with three grown sons. She and her husband love the beach, snorkeling, traveling, and enjoying great Peruvian food.
