Apple Ridge Campus

Georgetown Hill’s Apple Ridge campus serves families in Gaithersburg, Germantown, Montgomery Village, Laytonsville, and Clarksburg. We offer both full- and part-time programs for infants through Transitional Kindergartners. The play-based P.L.A.N. curriculum at Apple Ridge utilizes evidence-based approaches to early childhood education that spark the natural learner in every child.

Meet Emily Carmody

Emily Carmody joined the Apple Ridge community as a parent in 2017 and loved the school so much that she became a teacher in 2018. In 2021, she stepped out of the classroom to join the Apple Ridge campus leadership team. She has 3 children (all of whom have attended GHES) and her family considers Apple Ridge their “second home.” Emily loves making connections with her students and their families.
